Help Yourself Foundation is a Mumbai based NGO, registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950; Regd. No. F – 75838 {M}. The foundation aims to work for the upliftment of the society with a mission to assist and provide remedies to various problems faced by children, women and elderly people.
Help Yourself Foundation is very energetically fighting against Cancer by creating Cancer Awareness. The Foundation holds various programs including Saquib Rizvi Memorial Cancer Awareness Marathon every year to generate Cancer awareness amongst people.
